I was honoured to be invited to the opening of the new library at Tettenhall Wood School — a fantastic SEND school making a real difference in the lives of young people.

As an 8-year-old literacy advocate, I am passionate about promoting inclusive literacy and ensuring every child has access to the joy and opportunities that reading can bring.

It was wonderful to join the Mayor of Wolverhampton and other guests to celebrate this exciting milestone. The new library is a fantastic space that will inspire a love of reading and support children’s learning for years to come.

Thank you to everyone at Tettenhall Wood School for the warm welcome, and congratulations to all those involved in making this amazing project a reality.
