On 13 February 2026, Jayce’s World Publishing launched Our Stories, Our World — the UK’s first nationwide child-led anthology — at the Library of Birmingham. Over 150 children, families, and educators gathered to celebrate the 20 young authors whose stories and poems make up this landmark book.
The anthology was born from the Books From Children To Children writing competition — a national competition that Jayce launched to give children across the UK the chance to become published authors. The 20 winners, aged 6 to 10, come from schools across the country. Every one of them attended the launch and held their published book for the first time.
A Guinness World Record bid
At 7 years old, Jayce is believed to be the youngest person ever to publish and curate a nationwide multi-author children’s anthology. A formal application has been submitted to Guinness World Records. With 1,000 copies already sold, the bid is well underway — and every copy purchased helps demonstrate the reach required to support the record.
The BBC Blue Peter Gold Badge, awarded to Jayce earlier this year, features on the back cover of the book — a detail that has not gone unnoticed by the press and schools purchasing copies.
Our Stories, Our World is available now for £5. Order your copy and join the record bid →
