These terms govern your use of jaycesworld.co.uk and all purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Governing law: England and Wales.
1. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable charges. Jayce’s World Ltd is not VAT registered — no VAT is charged on any purchase.
2. Signed books
All books listed as “signed” are personally signed by Jayce Joyce BCyA. Due to the personalised nature of signed copies they are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. Unsigned copies (where available) are subject to our standard returns policy.
3. Digital products
Digital flipbook purchases are licences to access, not ownership of a file. Each licence is personal to the named purchaser. The reading link is watermarked with your name and email address and must not be shared. Resale, redistribution, screen-recording, or reproduction of any kind is prohibited. Digital products are non-refundable once the reading link has been used.
4. Delivery
Physical orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. UK Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. International delivery times vary by destination. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once dispatched.
5. Returns and refunds
Please see our full Returns & Delivery Policy. In summary: physical items may be returned unused within 14 days. Personalised signed books are non-returnable unless faulty. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, book covers, and the books themselves — is the intellectual property of Jayce’s World Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Educational use within a single classroom does not require a licence provided the source is credited.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
