All physical orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. During busy periods (World Book Day, Christmas) please allow an extra 2–3 working days.
International Delivery
We ship internationally. International delivery is charged at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary — typically 7–14 working days for Europe and 10–21 working days for the rest of the world. International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at enquiries@jaycesworld.co.uk.
What can be returned
- Physical items in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging
- Activity books and resources that have not been written in or used
- Gift boxes with all contents intact
What cannot be returned
- Personalised signed books — all signed copies are personalised by their nature and are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or not as described
- Digital products (flipbook reading links) once the link has been used
- Downloadable resources once downloaded
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receipt at enquiries@jaycesworld.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Stripe and PayPal processing times may add a further 3–5 working days before funds appear in your account.

- We will confirm the return address
- Pack items securely and include your order number inside
- Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service for returns over £10
