Our Mission
Jayce's World of Learning CIC was registered in December 2024 as a Community Interest Company in England and Wales. Founded alongside Jayce's commercial publishing business, the CIC channels book donations, school visits, and international literacy projects into the communities that need them most.
As a CIC, surplus from charitable activities is locked into community benefit and cannot be paid out to private shareholders. Our asset lock and community interest statement are publicly registered with the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
