Birmingham boy, 4, writes his first book series - set to be published on World Book Day
Jayce Joyce, from Sutton Coldfield, shocked his mum when, aged three, he started writing about their days out and sticking them up in his neighbourhood ‘because he wanted people to read what he’d written’
When Jayce Joyce was three years old, he could write about what he had seen and done. His mum said she realised he was smart when, at just 15 months, he would attempt to understand and draw the pictures in storybooks she read to him.
His nursery teacher said he had a ‘prolific memory’ and ‘was gifted in reading, writing and spelling‘. Now aged four, he has written two books which are set to be published on World Book Day (March 2, 2023).
